What stays on your device
Your review choices, current session, settings and reminder preferences are stored on your device. The app does not send your media, photo details, identifiers, review choices or settings to CarmSoft Digital. It has no built-in analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party crash-reporting software.
The start date and time of your 30-day free trial is saved in Apple’s secure Keychain storage on your device. This record may remain after you remove the app, so reinstalling it may not restart your trial. It is not sent to us.
Your Photos library
Photo access and deletion
StillSort asks for permission to view and make changes to the Photos library you allow it to access. This lets it show your photos and videos and request deletion of the items you select. A swipe only selects an item; it never deletes it. iOS controls any required deletion confirmation.
iCloud and shared items
If an item is stored in iCloud, Apple Photos may download it when you open it in StillSort. Apple and the operating system handle that transfer. CarmSoft Digital does not receive the item.
StillSort leaves out Shared Albums and items synced from a computer. Apple does not give apps a reliable way to tell every iCloud Shared Library item or item imported from partner sharing apart from the rest of your library. Those items may appear while you review.
When you choose to share
When you tap Share, StillSort prepares that photo or video at normal quality. It keeps the information saved inside the file, also called embedded metadata. This can include its location, date, camera or device details.
iOS shares the item with the destination you choose. CarmSoft Digital does not receive it through this sharing feature. The app or person you share with may receive the embedded information, too.
Reminders, purchases and Apple services
Optional reminders
If you enable reminders and allow notifications, your device schedules them locally. StillSort does not send remote push notifications.
Purchases through Apple
Apple processes the optional Lifetime Access purchase through the App Store and verifies it using the Apple Account that made the purchase. CarmSoft Digital does not receive your payment-card details.
App Store and device analytics
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device’s Privacy & Security settings, Apple may share crash reports and usage statistics about StillSort with us. Apple collects and controls this sharing; you can turn it off at any time in Settings. StillSort does not add its own analytics.
Before its App Store release, StillSort was tested through Apple’s TestFlight service. During that beta, Apple shared usage, crash and feedback information from testers with us, as described in Apple’s TestFlight privacy information.
When you visit this website
This website has no analytics, advertising cookies, account forms or browser storage.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. To load pages and help prevent abuse, it processes request information such as your IP address, the page you visit, browser and device details, and security signals. You can read more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Email info@carmsoft.ca. When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so we can respond. Please don’t include private photos or videos.
StillSort is developed by CarmSoft Digital. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising or tracking.
